Our Process

Cuentame - Intake

Cerra Ciclo/ Discharge/Post Care Plan

If we move forward, you’ll complete a short intake so we can understand your goals, current stressors, and supports. In the first session, we slow down and gather your story with care—at a pace that feels safe and respectful. 90 min

Step 1

Cafecito Consult -30 min free.

A brief, low-pressure conversation to see if we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about what you’re needing, what kind of support you’re looking for (individual, couples, family, or parenting/perinatal), and answer your questions about scheduling and fees.

Step 2

When you’re ready, we shift into a gratitude/closure phase that focuses on long-term support. We review what worked, name your strengths, and create a plan for continued care.

El Plan / Treatment Plan

Together we create a plan that fits your real life. This isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s tailored to your needs, culture, nervous system, and relationships.

Step 4

Bien Común: Community Clients

  • Expand access and increase engagement for culturally underserved families.

  • Build stronger coping tools and emotional regulation for everyday stress and life transitions.

  • Strengthen family communication and relationships through repair, boundaries, and connection practices.

  • Decrease isolation and reduce stress-related symptoms by increasing support, belonging, and continuity of care.
